Welcome! I'm Toby, a dedicated performance coach with a passion for helping gym-goers and athletes reach their full potential. With a Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Physiology and over five years of hands-on coaching experience, I understand the science behind maximising performance and optimising your training for real, lasting results.

Whether you're looking to increase strength, improve endurance, refine your technique, or optimise your nutrition, I work closely with each individual to design tailored training programmes that align with your goals. I believe that effective performance is rooted in a combination of sound physiology, intelligent training, and a deep understanding of your body’s unique needs.

  • Experience with Elite Sporting Athletes: Coaching team sport athletes to improve strength, speed, endurance, and overall team performance.
     

  • Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation: Specialising in injury prevention strategies and rehabilitation programs to ensure safe, effective recovery and return to training.
     

  • Progress Tracking and Adjustment: Using data-driven methods to track progress and continually adjust training plans for optimal results.
